This year Team Septalyst went to Goa for the Annual Budget Meet from 8th to 10th April 2022.
Our MD & CEO, Mr. Shyam Sunder Singh presented the performance of last year & appreciated team for their efforts in making 2021-22 a successful year in terms of performance & creating strong market presence. He also shared the planning, ambition & future vision for the organization. The second part of the session was interactive & involved sharing feedback & brainstorming. Team members were felicitated & appreciated for completing 5 years & 10 years in the organization.
Since annual meet also is a platform to recognize and reward the teams & individuals for outstanding performance during the year. So, Excellence awards were given to the performing teams & individuals for their outstanding performances during FY 21-22. We also launched our latest blockbuster Synprotik-90 in Goa.
The meeting was followed by the Gala Dinner & DJ fun party. At Septalyst we strongly believe in philosophy of “WORK HARDER & PARTY MUCH HARDER.
Goa is an amazing place with pleasant weather. Visit to the Candolim, Baga & Calangute beaches with adventurous water sports was an amazing experience for the team. Goa was a delight to our taste buds as we cherished some really great & tasty Goan cuisines. The trip was extremely revitalizing & rejuvenating.
The team is fully motivated & charged up, exuberating energy, enthusiasm & excitement to take on future challenges. Everyone in the team is confident of achieving robust growth figures in FY 2022-23.
